Policy Paper (Eleventh/Twelfth Grade) page 1 of 2

Project Overview:

A policy paper is a type of persuasive paper in which a person or organization recommends to the government a specific set of policies to take on an issue. In this project, you will take on the role of a policy analyst and choose a political issue of interest to you to research and address. The purpose of this paper will be more than simply reporting facts. You will need to understand the issue deeply enough that you can state clearly how this issue should be dealt with by the government.
